

As member of Grand Canadian Academy Badminton Club. have played badminton in Nanjing Normal University for 8 hours with my club mates and played badminton with my mum in Nanjing Baixia area sport center for 2 hours.
I joined the badminton club because I like playing badminton since a long time ago. But just like, not play very well. So I thought if I join badminton club, my playing badminton skill will be much better than before. In fact ,I really improve my playing badminton skill and I also had a lots of fun over there.
Jenny and Doris are both in Badminton Club too .Leo in Grade 11 is our club leader. Most of the time , we found our own partners and play with them . My partner is Jenny we played together for about 2 times and I played with Doris for once. Doris is really good at playing badminton, when played with her, I almost ran to the every corner of the field to get or pick the balls up. Because of this I improve my playing badminton skill quickly. Doris is really a good badminton player. But Doris joined the badminton team after the sport meeting.Beacause she is s member of GCA’s badminton team, she must practiced with other member of the team. We could not play badminton with her anymore.Jenny left badminton club later, I had no partner .Then I met Maggie from ten F. She is a nice girl .And she came to ask me if I can teach her how to get the ball immediately. Of course, I would not refuse to do that. Maggie is the fist friend I made in badminton club.
In January, 24th, I went to the sport center which called Baixia area sport center near my home to play badminton with my mum. My mum’s rikidozan is very small, so I must stand beside the web that could catch the ball.
I thought the first time I play badminton. That day my cousin came to my Grandparents’ home and invited me to play badminton at all . I did not know what badminton is and how to play it at all. So, the let me sat beside to watch them to play, and I learned how to playing badminton by myself.
Playing badminton in my opinion is very useful. It can make us have healthier bodies. And this sport can also increase the upper limb, lower limb and waist muscles, makes the blood run faster, increased lung capacity, improve endurance. These are very good for our bodies. I have a little problem with my back, when I play badminton my arms and legs can stretch widely, so it can makes me to relax my bones and nerves. And I have also gotten some treatment on the back of my back. When I finish playing badminton I can feel more relax and free than before.
This term I competed my job to finish 10 hours physical activities, but I think I am not to complete because I have to finish it . I like playing badminton, whatever it is a job or not. And I think I will play it forever.
